ABSTRACT Apoptosis and inflammation were the main hallmarks of sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy (SIC). Yes-associated protein isoform 1 (Yap1) miR-484 involved in mitochondrial fission apoptosis, especially proapoptotic roles SIC. Here, we investigated role Yap1 lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated H9c2 cells. was downregulated, while elevated by LPS treatment.
